Day 11- Visit to Konark, Pipli, Bhubaneshwar Dhauli Stupa, Simhachal on 24-Nov-2018

Reached Beach, Konark at Sunrise and surprised to see a few thousand tourists at the beach before 5 am to see the sunrise. The day was memorable because of the twilight of Moon, bath in the sea and observing the sunrise, offering prayers to the rising Sun.

Pipili is famous for its applique work  and handicraft in Puri and surrounding area. Each and every family of darjisahi a well known applique village's people are engaged in this applique craft. This is livelihood of most of the people here.

Dhauli Shanti Stupa is located in Dhauli hills are located on the banks of the river Daya, 8 km south of Bhubaneswar in Odisha (India). It is a hill with vast open space adjoining it, and has major Edicts of Ashoka engraved on a mass of rock, by the side of the road leading to the summit of the hill.

















Lingaraja Temple, Bhubaneshwar  is a Hindu temple dedicated to Shiva and is one of the oldest temples in Bhubaneswar.

Narsimha Mandir, Vishakhapattanam

Halted in Sasaram just opposite the railway station and were lucky to get hotel at late night i.e. around 11:30 pm.
