Visit to Mysore as on 16 Jun 2016

Brindavan_Gardens, Mysore spread across an area of 60 acres. The main attraction of the park is the musical fountain in which bursts of water are synchronized to the music of songs. There is also a lake within the garden with boating facilities available for visitors.

Chamundeshwari_Temple, near Mysore is considered as a Shakti Peetha and one among the 18 Maha Shakti Peethas. It is known as Krouncha Pitham as the region was known in Puranic times as Krouncha Puri. It is said that the hair of Sati Devi fell here.
